A local community can make it easier for someone to reach support. WatchHer is being designed so that, when a member asks for help, other participating members nearby can choose to respond in a way that is safe for everyone.
Support can mean checking in, helping someone contact emergency services, or offering assistance when it is safe to do so.
Participation is voluntary
Members decide whether to take part in community support, and can step back at any time.

WatchHer never asks anyone to intervene or confront. Helping someone contact emergency services is support.
WatchHer does not show live member locations or maps of nearby members, and a responder can never be guaranteed. WatchHer is intended as an additional way to seek support. It does not replace emergency services or guarantee that help will arrive.
