WatchHer is a pre-launch women's safety brand. Owner setup: add the legal business name, registration details, registered address, and a contact email address.
What we collect
When you join the no-deposit pre-order interest list, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your city or area
- Your country
- Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it
- The date and time of your submission, the consent wording you agreed to and its version, and whether you opted in to marketing updates
We do not collect payment details, because no payment is taken at any point in this process.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you about your WatchHer pre-order interest — including confirmed product details, pricing, and availability when ordering opens. If you also ticked the optional box, we may send occasional WatchHer news and updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who can see it
Interest list submissions are stored privately. They are not visible to other visitors and cannot be listed or read from this website. Access is limited to the WatchHer owner through the secured backend.
Owner setup: list any processors used (hosting, database, email) and the regions where data is stored.
How long we keep it
Owner setup: choose and state a retention period, for example “until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete your details”.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the details you gave us, and to stop contacting you. Owner setup: add the contact address for these requests and the governing jurisdiction and applicable data protection law.
